Submission of the third CFI grant application, entitled « Regroupement Neuroimagerie/Québec (RNQ) – Modélisation, fusion et application de la neuroimagerie fonctionnelle aux neurosciences chez l’adulte âgé, chez l’enfant de même que chez l’animal »

A total of 9.5 million dollars is granted for the UNF construction project, as follows:
- $3.8 M is provided by the CFI
- $3.8 M is provided by the Government of Québec
- $1.9 M is provided by the following partners: Industrial partners, IUGM's Foundation, and other groups and centres

A total of $1.25 M is granted for the UNF TRIO TIM 3.0T project, as follows:
- $380 276 is provided by the CFI
- $380 276 is provided by the Quebec’ Government
- $190 138 is provided by an Industrial partner
- $305 000 is provided by the Caroline Durand Foundation and the IUGM’s Foundation

Installation of the new scanner TRIO TIM 3.0T by Siemens.
January 2008
New scanner TRIO TIM is fully functional.

Inauguration of the new TRIO TIM 3.0T MRI Scan.
