• Notification of ending of a research project
• Notification of temporary interruption of a research project

Other forms :

• Notification of incident or adverse reaction during the conduct of a research project in your institution
• Notification of incident or adverse reaction during the conduct of a research project in another site
• Notification of an accident during the conduct of a research project
• Notification of a surveillance or control activity
• Notification of a change in the research protocol used that could affect the ethicity of a research project
• Notification of a new information about a research project
